On March 14, a Republic Tournament titled “Fast and Furious (Line-Following Car Race)” dedicated to Pi Day was held at the STEAM Innovation Center.
The main goal of the tournament was to increase the interest of school students aged 12–18 in robotics, programming, and engineering, as well as to develop their technical knowledge and skills.
During the competition, participating teams competed in speed and accuracy using the line-following robots they had built themselves on a specially designed track. Throughout the tournament, participants demonstrated their knowledge in robot design, programming, and optimization.
In total, more than 30 teams from different regions of the country participated in the tournament.
At the end of the event, the teams that achieved the highest results were determined and awarded.
